Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.
The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY
Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.
The full coverage insurance plan covers:

・Kart Damage : Unlimited
・Driver Injury: up to 30,000,000 JPY

Absolutely loved every second of this tour! Driving past the iconic Kaminarimon and then heading toward the futuristic Tokyo Skytree was like traveling through time. Our guide was full of energy and kept the whole group engaged, making sure we all had a blast. The atmosphere was just electric, with people waving and taking photos of us as we drove by. If you want a unique way to explore Tokyo, this is it!
My partner and I booked this tour during sunset, and it was one of the most romantic experiences we had in Japan. The golden glow on the traditional streets of Asakusa was simply breathtaking, and then seeing Skytree light up as we approached was the cherry on top. If it's your first time in Tokyo, I can't recommend this enough! The contrast between the historic charm of Asakusa and the modern skyline of Skytree is something you need to see firsthand. The staff were super helpful and made sure we understood everything before hitting the road. Seeing locals and tourists waving as we passed by made the experience even more special.
